In addition, TLI maintains a full-time staff of Information Technology professionals dedicated to providing technical support to member districts. With an online tracking system that is constantly monitored by our staff, most issues are successfully resolved by the end of the business day. If a problem can’t be solved with a simple email or phone call, our remote desktop support allows our staff temporary access to the computer to service the issue first hand.
